What is your Return Policy?

At Wild Range Living, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@wildrangeliving.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The BougeRV Yuma 100W CIGS Thin-film Flexible Solar Panel with Tape (Compact Version) uses Copper Indium Gallium Selenide (CIGS) thin-film solar cell technology, designed to improve durability, light sensitivity, and lifetime versus conventional panels. It is uniquely designed to flex and adjust to any surface.

Thanks to its higher absorption coefficient and ultra-thin profile, the panel is flexible and can be used on uneven surfaces like RV and boat roofs, or at a campsite. It can be installed on a surface or used as a portable energy solution.

Features

This panel is highly flexible and can be rolled up for compact storage and transportation, and it can be bent and adjusted to fit curved surfaces without cracking. It is lightweight and thin, so it does not require additional mounting or aluminum frames, which improves aerodynamics and the overall aesthetics of a solar setup. The CIGS solar cells are flexible and crack-resistant, unlike more rigid monocrystalline cells. Multiple bypass diodes give the panel an anti-shading design that minimizes power loss under partial shading and delivers up to 38% more energy on cloudy days than conventional monocrystalline panels over an 8-hour cloudy day. The panel is durable enough to withstand impacts during installation and transportation, and can still function even if partially damaged. It features a pre-assembled adhesive backing that eliminates the need for brackets and drilling, so no tools are required for installation. It can be installed on a wide range of surfaces, including RVs, trucks, boats, tents, and roofs, and its lightweight design also allows it to be rolled up and carried as a portable solar panel.
