The BougeRV 12V 400W TOPCon Rigid Solar Kit bundles two 200W 16BB N-Type bifacial solar panels, a Sunflow 40A MPPT solar charge controller, two 12V 100Ah Group 24 LiFePO4 batteries, and a 2000W 12V pure sine wave inverter into a single off-grid power system.

The Sunflow 40A MPPT charge controller is fully compatible with LiFePO4 batteries, with low-temperature cut-off charging below 32°F and the ability to restart or activate dormant 12V or 24V LiFePO4 batteries. It charges at up to 99.5% tracking efficiency and 99% peak conversion efficiency, with a dual MOS circuit and six protections (over-temperature, open-circuit, short-circuit, overload, polarity reverse, and backward current flow), and is CE and RoHS certified.

The Group 24 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery offers 4,000-15,000 recharge cycles with a lifespan of more than 10 years under ideal conditions, an upgraded BMS for overvoltage, low voltage, overcurrent, short circuit, low temperature, and high temperature protection, and can be expanded up to 16 batteries in a 4S4P series-parallel pack for a maximum capacity of 20,480 Wh. The 2000W pure sine wave inverter delivers full 2000W output with 15A/20A outlets, built-in Bluetooth monitoring through the BougeRV app (18-20m barrier-free range) plus a 19.7-foot wired remote controller, low distortion (≤5%) pure sine output, lithium battery soft startup protection, and intelligent temperature control via two high-speed cooling fans.

Features

The Sunflow 40A MPPT solar charge controller adjusts charge current from 0A to 40A, uses a quality aluminum heat sink to dissipate heat and minimize power loss under full load, and includes low-temperature battery protection that reduces or turns off current input below 32°F and resumes charging at 35.6°F. The Group 24 LiFePO4 battery measures L10.24" x W6.61" x H8.23" and weighs 24.25 lbs, lighter than a comparable 66 lb lead-acid battery, while supporting full charge and discharge (100% DOD) with a charge cycle count far higher than lead-acid batteries. The pure sine wave inverter includes lithium battery soft startup protection to prevent frequent disconnection (note: if inverter surge current exceeds a battery's over-discharge current threshold, the battery's BMS protection may still trigger and prevent operation) and comes with 18-month tech support from the date of purchase.
