The BougeRV 12V 400W ShadePower Yuma CIGS Flexible Solar Kit (Punched) is a complete off-grid power system built around two 200W CIGS thin-film flexible solar panels with pre-punched holes, paired with a 40A MPPT solar charge controller, a 2000W 12V pure sine wave inverter, and two 12V 100Ah Group 24 LiFePO4 batteries.

The CIGS flexible panels can be rolled up for compact storage and transport, and can bend to fit curved surfaces without cracking, unlike rigid monocrystalline panels. They are lightweight and thin, requiring no additional mounting or aluminum frames, and are reported to produce up to 38% more power than conventional monocrystalline panels over an 8-hour cloudy day.

The kit's MPPT controller, inverter, and LiFePO4 batteries are designed to work together: the controller supports low-temperature cut-off charging to protect the batteries, and the inverter provides Bluetooth monitoring through the BougeRV app.

Features

The Yuma 200W CIGS flexible solar panels are highly flexible and can be rolled up for storage or bent to fit curved surfaces without cracking. They are lightweight and thin, eliminating the need for mounting brackets or aluminum frames, and feature a pre-assembled adhesive backing for tool-free installation. The CIGS cells resist cracking and continue to function even if partially damaged, and they perform better than conventional monocrystalline panels in shaded conditions, producing up to 38% more power over an 8-hour cloudy day.

The included 40A MPPT solar charge controller is compatible with LiFePO4 batteries and features low-temperature cut-off charging (below 32°F) to protect the battery, along with the ability to restart dormant 12V or 24V LiFePO4 batteries. It offers up to 99.5% tracking efficiency and 99% peak conversion efficiency, uses a quality aluminum heat sink for heat dissipation, and is CE- and RoHS-certified with protections against over-temperature, open-circuit, short-circuit, overload, and reverse polarity.

The 2000W 12V pure sine wave inverter delivers a full 1000W continuous output through 15A outlets, and includes built-in Bluetooth for remote monitoring of battery and appliance data via the BougeRV app (18-20m barrier-free range), plus a 19.7-foot wired remote controller. It produces a low-distortion (≤5%) pure sine wave output, includes lithium battery soft startup protection, and uses a high-speed cooling fan for intelligent temperature control that activates at 113°F or 50% load (500W). The inverter comes with 18-month tech support from the date of purchase.

The two 12V 100Ah Group 24 LiFePO4 batteries measure 10.24" x 6.61" x 8.23" and weigh 24.25 lbs each, lighter than comparable lead-acid batteries. They provide 4,000-15,000 recharge cycles with a lifespan of more than 10 years under ideal conditions, support full charge and discharge (100% DOD), and include an upgraded BMS with overvoltage, low voltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and temperature protections. Low-temperature charging protection reduces or halts current input below 32°F and resumes at 35.6°F. The batteries can be expanded into a series-parallel pack of up to 16 units (4S4P) for a maximum capacity of 20,480 Wh, and can self-recover from charge/discharge overloads within 32 seconds without disconnecting the wiring.
