This 400W solar kit pairs two Yuma 200W CIGS thin-film flexible solar panels with adhesive backing with a 40A MPPT solar charge controller, a 2000W 12V pure sine wave inverter, and two 12V 100Ah Group 24 LiFePO4 batteries for a complete off-grid power system.

The CIGS panels are highly flexible and can be rolled up for compact storage and transport, and can bend to fit curved surfaces without cracking. Unlike rigid monocrystalline panels, the CIGS cells are crack-resistant and are proven to perform better in shaded conditions, producing up to 38% more power over an 8-hour cloudy day. A pre-assembled adhesive backing eliminates the need for brackets or drilling, so no tools are required for installation.

The included MPPT charge controller offers low-temperature cut-off charging to protect the LiFePO4 battery and can restart or activate dormant batteries. The pure sine wave inverter delivers a full 2000W output with built-in Bluetooth monitoring via the BougeRV app, and the LiFePO4 batteries provide a long cycle life with a built-in BMS for protection.

Features

The Yuma 200W CIGS panel is lightweight and thin, requiring no additional mounting or aluminum frames, which improves aerodynamics and appearance. Its CIGS cells are extremely flexible and crack resistant compared to monocrystalline cells. The panel withstands impacts during installation and transport and continues to function even if partially damaged.

The BougeRV Sunflow 40A MPPT solar charge controller can adjust charge current from 0A to 40A, with tracking efficiency up to 99.5% and peak conversion efficiency up to 99%. It uses a quality aluminum heat sink to dissipate heat and includes six protections: over-temperature, open-circuit, short-circuit, overload, polarity reverse prevention, and reverse current flow protection.

The 2000W pure sine wave inverter supports 15A/20A outlets for sustained 2000W operation, includes built-in Bluetooth with an 18-20m barrier-free range for app monitoring, and can be controlled via a 19.7-foot wired remote. It provides pure sine power with a low distortion rate (5% or less) for sensitive electronics, uses two high-speed cooling fans for intelligent temperature control (fan startup at 113°F or 50% load output), and includes 18-month tech support from the date of purchase.

The 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery provides 4,000-15,000 recharge cycles with a lifespan of more than 10 years under ideal conditions. Its upgraded BMS provides overvoltage, low voltage, overcurrent, short circuit, low temperature, and high temperature protection. At 24.25 lbs, it is lighter than a 66 lb lead-acid battery of similar capacity, and it supports full charge and discharge (100% DOD). Up to 16 batteries can be connected in a 4S4P series-parallel pack for a maximum capacity of 20,480 Wh. The battery can also self-recover after charge and discharge overloads, with a recovery process of about 32 seconds.
