The BougeRV 12V 200W ShadePower Yuma CIGS Flexible Solar System Kit (Punched) is a complete off-grid power package built around a Yuma 200W CIGS thin-film flexible solar panel with pre-punched mounting holes, a 30A MPPT solar charge controller, a 2000W 12V pure sine wave inverter, and a 12V 100Ah Group 24 LiFePO4 battery.

The CIGS flexible panel can be rolled up for compact storage and transport and bent to fit curved surfaces without cracking. It is also proven to perform better than conventional monocrystalline panels in shaded conditions, producing 38% more power over the course of an 8-hour cloudy day.

The kit's 30A MPPT charge controller is fully compatible with LiFePO4 batteries, and the 2000W inverter delivers pure sine wave output that can be monitored remotely via Bluetooth through the BougeRV app or controlled with a 19.7-foot wired remote for RV and house installations.

Features

The Yuma 200W CIGS flexible solar panel is incredibly flexible, able to be rolled up for compact storage and bent to fit curved surfaces without cracking. It is lightweight and thin, requiring no additional mounting or aluminum frames, which improves aerodynamics and aesthetics. The CIGS cells are crack-resistant, unlike rigid monocrystalline cells, and the panel is built to remain functional even if partially damaged. It performs better than conventional monocrystalline panels in shaded conditions, producing 38% more power over an 8-hour cloudy day. This version features pre-punched mounting holes for installation.

The Sunflow 30A MPPT charge controller is fully compatible with LiFePO4 batteries, including low-temperature cut-off charging below 32°F, and can restart or activate dormant 12V or 24V LiFePO4 batteries shut down due to short circuits or over-discharge. It adjusts charge current from 0A to 30A with tracking efficiency up to 99.5% and peak conversion efficiency up to 99%, using an aluminum heat sink to dissipate heat under full load. It is CE and RoHS certified with a dual MOS circuit to prevent reverse current, and includes protection against over-temperature, open-circuit, short-circuit, overload, polarity reversal, and backward current flow.

The 2000W pure sine wave inverter provides full 2000W output through 15A/20A outlets, with low distortion (≤5%) for sensitive electronics, lower power consumption, and high conversion efficiency. Built-in Bluetooth allows monitoring through the BougeRV app within an 18-20m barrier-free range, and a 19.7-foot wired remote controller allows installation in RVs and houses. Lithium battery soft startup protection improves compatibility with lithium batteries and helps prevent frequent disconnection. Two high-speed cooling fans provide intelligent temperature control, starting at 113°F or 50% output load, and the inverter is backed by 18-month tech support from the date of purchase.

The Group 24 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery measures L10.24" x W6.61" x H8.23" and balances space and performance. It includes low-temperature charging protection, reducing or turning off current input below 32°F and resuming at 35.6°F. It provides 4,000-15,000 recharge cycles and over 10 years of lifespan under ideal conditions. An upgraded BMS provides overvoltage, low voltage, overcurrent, short circuit, low temperature, and high temperature protection. At 24.25 lbs, it is lighter than a comparable 66 lb lead-acid battery and supports full charge and discharge (100% DOD). The system supports up to 16 batteries in a series-parallel pack (4S4P) for a maximum capacity of 20,480 Wh, and can self-recover from charge and discharge overloads within 32 seconds without disconnecting the wiring.
