What is your Return Policy?

At Wild Range Living, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@wildrangeliving.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

About

The BougeRV Bifacial 800 Watts 10BB 12V/24V Rigid Solar Panel is a multi-panel solar system built from BougeRV's 400W 10BB monocrystalline panels, offered in packs of two, four, six, or eight panels to reach 800W, 1600W, 2400W, or 3200W of combined output. Each panel uses a 10BB (ten busbar) cell design that improves current collection and transmission for a higher conversion rate, and a bifacial, transparent backside that absorbs direct, refracted, and diffuse sunlight to boost output.

Built with Class A solar cells that pass a strict EL test for visible defects and microcracks, the panels are housed in a black corrosion-resistant aluminum frame rated to withstand high wind (2400 Pa) and snow loads (5400 Pa). An IP67-rated waterproof junction box with pre-installed diodes and pre-attached 3ft solar cables, along with pre-drilled mounting holes, is included for installation.

Features

The panels use a 10BB cell design with a stated 23% peak conversion rate; the thinner ribbon design reduces the covered cell area by 22% compared to standard designs. Several panels can be wired in series to charge a 12V/24V battery or a 48V battery system.

The bifacial, transparent backside increases solar output by an estimated 30% by capturing direct, refracted, and diffuse sunlight rather than only direct sun exposure.

Each panel is built from Class A solar cells that show no visible defects or microcracks and pass a strict EL test; BougeRV notes that lower-grade Class B and C cells can show visible cracks that affect actual output.

Packaging includes a protective strip on all sides, L-brackets on each corner, and an extra-thick foam pad on the back for shipping protection.

Installation features include an IP67-rated waterproof junction box that isolates environmental particles and low-pressure water jets, pre-installed diodes, a pair of pre-attached 3ft solar cables, and pre-drilled holes on the panel back for tool-free mounting.

The frame is corrosion-resistant black aluminum, rated to withstand up to 2400 Pa of wind load and 5400 Pa of snow load, with stated strong performance in low-light conditions.
