The BougeRV 12V 600W ShadePower Yuma CIGS Flexible Solar Kit (Adhesive) is a complete solar power system built around three 200W Yuma CIGS thin-film flexible solar panels with adhesive backing, paired with a 60A MPPT solar charge controller, a 2000W pure sine wave inverter, and three 12V 100Ah Group 24 LiFePO4 batteries. It is designed for marine and RV use.

The CIGS thin-film panels are highly flexible and can be rolled up for compact storage and transport, or bent to fit curved surfaces without cracking. The pre-assembled adhesive backing allows the panels to be installed without brackets, drilling, or additional tools, and their lightweight, thin, frame-free design improves aerodynamics and appearance compared to framed panels.

The panels are proven to perform better than conventional monocrystalline panels in shaded conditions, producing 38% more power over the course of an 8-hour cloudy day, and remain durable enough to withstand impacts during installation and transport, continuing to function even if partially damaged.

Features

The Yuma 200W CIGS Flexible Solar Panel offers high flexibility for rolling and curved-surface mounting, a lightweight and thin frame-free build, and crack-resistant CIGS cells that remain durable where monocrystalline cells would fail. It performs better than conventional panels in shaded conditions and installs without brackets or drilling thanks to its adhesive backing.

The BougeRV Sunflow 40A MPPT Solar Charge Controller is fully compatible with LiFePO4 batteries, including low-temperature cut-off charging below 32°F and the ability to restart dormant batteries. It adjusts charge current from 0A to 40A, reaches tracking efficiency up to 99.5% and peak conversion efficiency up to 99%, and uses an aluminum heat sink for better heat dissipation. It is CE and RoHS certified with a dual MOS circuit and six protections: over-temperature, open-circuit, short-circuit, overload, polarity reverse, and reverse current flow.

The 2000W 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter delivers a full 2000W output through 15A/20A outlets, with built-in Bluetooth for real-time remote monitoring via the BougeRV app (18-20m barrier-free range) and an optional 19.7 ft wired remote controller. It produces pure sine wave power with low distortion (≤5%), includes lithium battery soft startup protection to prevent frequent disconnection, and uses two high-speed cooling fans for intelligent temperature control (fan startup at ≥113°F or ≥50% load/1000W). The inverter comes with 18-month tech support from the date of purchase.

The 12V 100Ah Group 24 LiFePO4 Battery measures L10.24" x W6.61" x H8.23" and provides low-temperature charging protection (reducing or stopping current below 32°F, resuming at 35.6°F), 4,000-15,000 recharge cycles, and a lifespan of more than 10 years under ideal conditions. Its upgraded BMS provides overvoltage, low voltage, overcurrent, short circuit, low temperature, and high temperature protection, and at 24.25 lbs it is lighter than a 66 lb lead-acid equivalent while supporting full 100% DOD charge and discharge. Up to 16 batteries can be combined in a 4S4P series-parallel pack for up to 20,480 Wh capacity, and the battery self-recovers from charge/discharge overloads in about 32 seconds without disconnecting the wiring.
